Off-Road Social is a one-day event for people who love to off-road. It will be held on Saturday, September 30th, 2023, location is TBD. This unique event will feature a variety of fun activities, including an amazing microbrewery with a rotating draft menu, large tasting room, food, axe throwing, and vehicles we will be on displayed inside the building.

There will also be a limited number of vendor spaces available.

Vendors are an important part of the Off-Road Social. They provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about new products and services, and to get hands-on demonstrations. Vendors also help to create a fun and festive atmosphere..

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at Off-Road Social, please fill out the Vendor/Exhibitor Registration form below. Space is limited, so act quickly!

EXHIBITOR SPACE Size/Pricing:

10 x 10 Exhibitor Space = $200

10 x 20 Exhibitor Space = $400

Please fill out "Display Vehicle Registration Form" if you plan to dispay a vehicle with your booth.

Payment:

We will reach out on 9/20/23 for payment. For now, just fill out the registration form to let us know you're interested.

CHECK-IN & MOVE-IN:

Location - TBD
Check-In will be in event room, Pick up your vendor packets before unloading anything.
All Vendors selling goods must provide a copy of their San Diego business license
All trailer or large exhibitors check-in and Move-in move in at 10am
Easy “Drop-off only” move-in Saturday 9/30/23 3pm. (No trailer parking, No late move-in)
All Exhibitors with trailers must confirm early move-in on Saturday to help things run smoothly.
No early departure, all Exhibitors must stay until all attendees have cleared out.

VENDOR WRISTBAND INFORMATION:

Complimentary wristbands are provided corresponding to booth size purchased; 10/10 = 2 bands, 10/20 = 4, 20/20 = 5 (All Bands will be in vendor packets) Additional wristbands may be pre-purchased with your exhibitor spot for $10.
